5Solas Tallow Co. did not start as a business. We originally started making this tallow for ourselves. We were tired of skincare labels full of ingredients that we could not pronounce, and were looking for something that actually worked without the synthetic junk. We knew we wanted to use only 100% grass fed beef tallow but did not want it to smell like beef, so we worked on product development for several months. We finally mastered the recipes with only pure essential oils, loved it, and started sharing it!

Family and friends noticed the difference on their skin. They started asking for jars of their own. What began as something made in a home kitchen for personal use slowly became 5Solas Tallow Co... but the standard never changed: clean and simple ingredients, made just the way we would want it made for our own family!
